The R-fMRI Maps Project: Download Data

The R-fMRI Maps Project Data Release 170717 (Please see the data structure from here).

1. Beijing EOEC1 (Liu et al., 2013) data. We have released a list of R-fMRI indices for 48 participants with eyes-open and eyes-closed conditions (phenotypic data available here).

2. Beijing EOEC2 (Yan et al., 2009; Zou et al., 2009) data. We have released a list of R-fMRI indices for 20 participants with eyes-open and eyes-closed conditions (phenotypic data available here).

3. Autism Brain Imaging Data Exchange II (ABIDE II) (Di Martino et al., 2014) data. We have released a list of R-fMRI indices for 1043 participants (phenotypic data available here). Of note, there are additional 38 participants have longitudinal data (phenotypic data available here).

4. Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder 200 Sample (ADHD-200) (ADHD-200-Consortium, 2012) data. We have released a list of R-fMRI indices for 876 participants (phenotypic data available here).

5. 1000 Functional Connectomes Project (FCP) (Biswal et al., 2010) data. We have released a list of R-fMRI indices for 895 participants (phenotypic data available here).

6. Autism Brain Imaging Data Exchange (ABIDE) (Di Martino et al., 2014) data. We have released a list of R-fMRI indices for 1102 participants (phenotypic data available here).

7. Consortium for Reliability and Reproducibility (CoRR) (Zuo et al., 2014) data. We have released 3 kinds of test-retest data.

7.1. Within Session test-retest: scan repeated on same day. We have released a list of R-fMRI indices for 168 participants (phenotypic data available here, phenotypic data missing for IPCAS_7_0026101, IPCAS_7_0026117 and SWU_3_0027175).

7.2. Between Session test-retest: Scan repeated one or more days later. We have released a list of R-fMRI indices for 550 participants (phenotypic data available here, phenotypic data missing for IPCAS_2_0025545).

7.3. HNU CCBD 10 Repetitions (Chen et al., 2015): 300 MRI sessions from 30 healthy participants who were scanned every three days for one month. We have released a list of R-fMRI indices for all the 30 participants (phenotypic data available here).
